Available in multiple currencies, including USD, GBP, HKD, JPY, and EUR, this product provides flexibility and control for managing wealth in a tax-efficient environment. Whether aiming for growth, capital preservation, or regular income, the bond's versatility caters to diverse investment strategies.

  • Investment flexibility allowing holdings in shares and various investment vehicles worldwide.

  • Transfer existing investments into the portfolio and choose from a broad range of funds.

  • Two investment options: Pooled Portfolio and Personal Portfolio, each offering distinct advantages.

  • Pooled Portfolio allows building a portfolio from recognized unit trusts or mutual funds, with over 100 risk-rated funds available.

  • Personal Portfolio extends investment choices to internationally quoted securities, internal funds, mutual funds, and more.

Minimum Investment:

  • The minimum single premium for the Generali Personal Portfolio Bond is USD 75,000.

  • Additional contributions exceeding USD 7,500 are accepted.

Associated Charges:

  1. Establishment Charge: A total of 2% per annum for one year, deducted in arrears on the first 4 charge dates following each investment amount payment, equivalent to 0.5% each time.

  2. Administration Charge: Levied at 0.375% on each of the first 20 charge dates, following payment of each investment amount, totaling 1.5% per annum for 5 years.

  3. Service Charge: GBP 500 (or currency equivalent) per annum.

  4. Fund Management Charges: Typically ranging between 1% to 2.5% per annum, depending on the chosen funds.

  5. Adviser Charge: Additional charge for portfolio management, usually between 1% and 1.5% per annum, based on the adviser's structure and services provided.

Accessing Funds:

  • Full surrender incurs early discontinuance charges if less than 20 charge dates have passed since the payment.

  • Partial surrenders are free from surrender charges but are subject to establishment and administration charges, based on the original investment amounts.

Considerations: When considering the Generali Personal Portfolio Bond, investors should be aware of the associated charges, including establishment, administration, service, fund management, and potential adviser charges. The surrender conditions and impact on partial withdrawals should also be evaluated in light of individual financial goals.
